"Nursing school is a lot of work. This drug reference guide is a lifesaver when doing med cards. The CD is a must for copying and pasting drug info and saved me so much time, I recommend this one. My other book which was required by my nursing program, had a CD but it didn't allow copying and pasting. I decided to buy this book because another student had it and at this stage of the game, I didn't care if I spent more money. All I wanted was to be able to save myself hours of time. The book is also good for the info we need for drug reference."

  • I had no choice. I had to buy this for Nursing Pharmacology Class. A few medications we were studying were not included but other than that it was a great help.
  • I am very pleased with my purchase. The Guide was just what my wife wanted. It was delivered very quickly and in excellent shape.
There was a 2 week delivery date range and the Guide arrived on the earliest date. It comes with a CD which is nice. We downloaded it
    to her tablet.

I have only one suggestion for the seller to consider - shrink wrap the book before putting it in the packaging. Not that the packaging was bad. It was very good. The shrink wrapping just gives more protection in the event of rain, etc.

We are very happy with the purchase
  • Of course, just as with computers, books like these are handy, but the basic premise for information is still relevant even though there are daily upgrades and changes.
  • It is arranged by alphabetic order and easy to read. It is missing some of the common generic drugs I would think would be listed. However, it is compact and fits easily in scrub pockets.
  • it's really hard to navigate. For the most part, you're better off looking to the index to find the drug you need. If you flip through it, the drugs are organized by generic name. But other than that, the remainder of the guide is pretty self-explanatory. I'd recommend it for anyone who needs it for school. *The guide I bought is the 2011 ver. which worked find for my classes. Love the price too. The newer ones are way too expensive and probably contain the same amount of info plus a few additions*
  • Super helpful for school as well as in the nursing profession. Came in great condition and is super helpful.

  • This book is set up in an easy to use format. Locating the information that you need can be done quickly. We had an option of getting one of two books for our class, the students that purchased this book find more of the needed information with out having to look for added sources.
The information given can be easily understood by someone using it at home, but it also has all of the technical information needed for someone in the nursing field. I spent an afternoon with my parents looking up the medications they use, they found it easy to understand and very informative, not confusing or overly technical.
