• This book has great insights, what is hardly to find in other books of the same category. One example what you resist on negative feelings that persist. This is so true, when you had learned through your childhood or positive thinking to suppress your feelings, everything is getting even worse. So why you not just feel this uncomfortable feelings like a baby und it will disappear very fast. Simple is all the time the best. The tools are quite common, similar like A. Robbins, but better. For less money a really great book.
• This book changed my life when I first read it in 1994 . This time I am buying it for a good friend and I will buy more of it
• Let me get something straight here I have the CD's, but when I read the book. The ideas in the materials took on a whole new light and life. Especially the parts about the material program sections; Passion, Profit, Power. Sure, you've heard it all before in different forms, but Marshall Sylver genuinely brings it together in a persuasively fun way.

• I liked this book, but found it to be little wordy. Does help with self motivation, but falls short when it comes to a higher God connected to man's endeavors.
• If we truly want to improve our lives in the area of Passion, Profit, and Power, this book does a good job of guiding us. I do believe, to borrow from another great author, "The seeds of greatness are in us". Change is never easy, but, we do hold within our subconscious, the answer to all of our conflicts. This is definitely a good pick-me-up book. As far as I know, this is the only book Marshall Sylver has written. What a shame! I know if he were to write another I would read it. I do own his tape program of the same name. It is a good program as well. In fact, the tape program is virtually the same in every way, except that it also contains audio versions of the hypnotic scripts for profit, power and passion. If you enjoy this kind of book this is a great one.
• Passion, Profit, and Power is an excellent book that I had great difficulty ever putting down before I was finished with it. Sylvers main concept is that he emphasizes self-hypnosis. Sylvers book puts you on the right path to your own success. But the rest is up to you. For example, he says that he was a very poor young child, but later on in life, his uncle died and left him millions (He claims to be a self made millionaire on his infomercials. I question that greatly.) This book must be used in conjunction with people that do know how to self make millions or any other topic of concern. Then, when you use the guidelines of others with Sylvers techniques, you will be well on the road to success.
• This book started me down the path of my own personal development, and eventually, was responsible for my becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist. Having been hypnotized by Marshall Sylver in Las Vegas, I was intrigued to the point of wanting to learn more about hypnosis. Since the author was then marketing himself as the "greatest hypnotist of all time," I figured I had to be in the right place at the right time. Overall, this is an excellent book from the standpoint of personal development, hypnosis, and yes... affirmations! You know them "Every day in every way I am getting better and better."
